At Campion Bookshop, we aim to provide the best quality education resources for your family. We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make the process as simple as possible.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have changed your mind about a book or physical product, Campion is pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
You return the item within 30 days of receipt of goods (where receipt of goods means confirmed delivery from Australia Post OR you collected your item)
You produce satisfactory proof of purchase (your original receipt or online proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice)
The item must be in original and resaleable condition. The original packaging including any shrinkwrapping is unopened, and the item is unused.
Note: Individual stationery items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
Digital Resources
Change of mind returns or exchanges are not available for digital/electronic and downloadable resources unless Consumer Law applies.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
Exchanges or refunds will be made for any goods deemed faulty due to manufacturer error.
VOUCHERS
Goods purchased with a Campion voucher may be exchanged or returned subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Products must be in original, re-saleable condition. Pack items carefully and include your original receipt and contact information. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage. Please use the link below:
Campion Bookshop Returns
Alternatively, returns may be dropped off at a Campion Education retail service centre, marked “Campion Bookshop Returns” with your receipt details included, for transfer to the Campion Operational Hub for processing.
